AMFA – Alaska Airlines Negotiations Update #13 November 10, 2023 This week we reached out to Alaska Airlines to schedule dates to re-engage and continue negotiations. The scheduled locations are tentative due to having limited space for observers. We can only have ten observers in the Columbia Room at the McGee Building on the first day, and then twenty observers in the Bravo Room at the Hub Building on the second day. We have requested that the Company continue looking for space that can accommodate twenty-five observers each day. We will keep you updated with any changes.

Dear Members, I would like to bring an important matter to your attention regarding the reporting of ramp damage on aircraft. It has come to my attention that ramp personnel have been instructed to perform a "safety" walk around the aircraft and report any perceived damage in a ramp damage log. As licensed technicians, it is crucial that we take this process seriously and properly document any reported items in the aircraft logbook.
