This memo is to notify you that the March 2020 General Membership Meeting (GMM) has been cancelled until further notice. This difficult decision was made out of the growing concerns over the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the safety of our membership. All agenda items will be pushed to the May 2020 GMM. This is to include our Bylaws Meeting which was to be held concurrent with the GMM. All room reservations at the Doubletree have been cancelled. Those who were traveling on Union Business Travel are required to cancel their own travel reservations. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me at 602-703-1814.
